Student Agreement for Andalus Institute

Before embarking on your educational journey with us, kindly ensure you are familiar and in agreement with the following terms. This serves as a mutual understanding between you and Andalus institute regarding the use of our platform.

• Program Description

1. The Andalus Institute provides a comprehensive Arabic language program designed for students eager to achieve proficiency in Arabic. This program concentrates on enhancing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Arabic. Our curriculum combines structured classes with interactive exercises and diverse educational activities to enrich the learning experience of our students.
2. In addition to access to the main program, students will have the opportunity to explore other available programs or services. Participation in these additional offerings is optional and not obligatory for students enrolled in the main program.

 

• Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

At Andalus Institute, we proudly offer a conditional money-back guarantee upon the completion of our Arabic program, reflecting our commitment to your success and satisfaction.

Should you successfully complete the program within three (3) years, you will have the option to be refunded the full amount you paid to the institute, provided that you were offered this guarantee upon enrollment and checked the box of agreement as available on all our checkout pages.

Eligibility Criteria for Money-back Guarantee:

To qualify for this money-back guarantee, you need to agree to share your story on video, allowing us to showcase it on our social media platforms.

This is crucial as it enables us to demonstrate the efficacy of our program by presenting tangible results.

• The video should document your progress and overall experience with the institute.

• You have the option to preserve your privacy by choosing not to show your face.

• This money-back guarantee is intended for those whose goals align with the institute`s and who are willing to support us in illustrating how well our program works. Your cooperation helps us continuously improve and celebrate your achievements, as well as inspire potential students with real success stories. 

• This conditional money-back guarantee applies exclusively to students who have been offered the money-back guarantee. It is essential to understand that this is not a universal offer but is extended to selective students based on the alignment of our mutual goals. 

 

Criteria for Disqualification from the Money Back Guarantee:

• Qualifying Students for the money-back guarantee will forfeit the refund if they cancel their subscription at any point in time during the three-year period even if Students re-join the platform again in the future. This is a one-time offer, and the testimonial videos from students must be able to demonstrate the Student`s journey and growth with continuous use of the program.

• Attendance at Speaking Sessions is necessary for improvement in the Arabic Language. If a student fails to attend the Speaking Sessions and only completes the main course on the platform, they may disqualify themselves from the money-back guarantee if they are unable to speak Arabic up to the standard expected of our graduate students.

• Students must actively participate in the creation of a high-quality testament video showcasing their experience with the program. Students must demonstrate reasonable effort and cooperation in the production of the testimonial video, including but not limited to providing timely feedback, responding to requests for information or clarification, and actively engaging with Company representatives during the video creation process. Any progress videos submitted by the student must adhere to the Company's guidelines and standards for appropriateness. Videos containing foul language, inappropriate content, or any material deemed unsuitable for public viewing by the Company will render the student ineligible for the money-back guarantee.

 

Determination of Eligibility:

Andalus Institute reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a student has met the eligibility criteria outlined in this clause.

• Failure to meet any of the eligibility criteria as specified in this clause may result in the student being deemed ineligible for the money-back guarantee.

• If, at any time during the process of creating the testament video or submitting progress videos, the Company determines that the student has failed to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this clause, the student shall be disqualified from the money-back guarantee.

• The Company may provide the student with a written explanation detailing the reasons for disqualification.

 

No Exceptions:

• Exceptions to the eligibility criteria outlined in this clause shall not be granted unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• The decision of the Company regarding eligibility for the money-back guarantee shall be final and binding.

 

• Content Use for Marketing

By using our platform, you agree that any content you create on the platform may be utilized for marketing and promotional purposes to highlight and promote Andalus institute. This includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, or any other material, created by the Student on the Institute`s website.

Your comfort is paramount. Should you wish for certain content to remain private, you can reach out to request non-utilization.

 

• Account Responsibility and User Access

Every student is assigned a unique account which provides a tailored experience designed to meet individual learning needs and preferences. It is imperative that students understand and acknowledge the following:

• Your account is for your personal use only. Granting access to your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

• The experiences, resources, and materials available on your account are customized for your learning trajectory and should not be shared or distributed without prior approval from the institute.

 

Violation Consequences:

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and you may be held liable for any damages incurred due to unauthorized access or use. We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action in case of a breach of this agreement.

 

 

• Tuition and Fees

The Student agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee of 99 USD-OR- 997 USD for a year-long subscription to the platform, as outlined in the Institute’s registration materials. The Institute retains the right to revoke program access if tuition and fees remain unpaid.

In the event that a subscription payment is not received, students will be granted a 28-day grace period before which they must make payment arrangements before losing access to the platform altogether. 

 

Conditional Refund Policy:

Refunds are only available to students who submit a written request via email within 14 days of enrolling in Andalus Institute. Once students have progressed beyond the second Lesson of Kashf Al Mufradaat, they are no longer eligible for a refund, irrespective of the timing of the written request.

 

• Intellectual Property

All materials, both digital and printed, provided by the Institute during the course of the program are the exclusive property of the Institute. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of said materials without express written consent from the Institute is strictly prohibited.

 

• Code of Conduct

The Student is expected to maintain a standard of respect, courtesy, and adherence to Islamic principles during all interactions associated with the Institute. Any deviation from this, including disruptive behavior, foul language, personal attacks or insults, backbiting or otherwise, may result in the termination of this Agreement, at the discretion of the Institute. 

• In instances of terminations resulting from violations of the Code of Conduct, Students forfeit their eligibility for the money-back guarantee.

 

• Subscription Termination

The Student may request to terminate their subscription at any time. However, to ensure they are not charged for the subsequent monthly fee, the termination must be at least seven days prior to the upcoming billing date. 

Retroactive subscription terminations are not permitted. If you request to cancel your subscription within 7 days of your billing date and your account has already been charged, your subscription cancellation will be effective from the following month. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after the 7-day limit.

 

• Agreement Stability

1. This agreement remains valid and binding as long as you are enrolled on our platform. Any changes to the agreement will be communicated and will require mutual consent.
2. The start of this Agreement is with the Student`s registration date and will stay active either until the program`s conclusion or when the Student exits the program, for whatever reason, depending on which event happens first.

 

• Limitation of Liability

The Institute is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Student as a result of the Student`s participation in the program. The Student assumes all risks associate with the program.

 

11. Special Addendum

This addendum applies solely to students enrolled in the limited platform, specifically those with access to the "Arabic Like an Arab 2.0" program.

• Effective February 19th, 2030, the "Arabic Like an Arab 2.0" program will no longer be available on any Andalus Institute platform online. Furthermore, Andalus Institute will cease to utilize or teach the curriculum associated with this program.

• Students who were guaranteed lifetime access to the "Arabic Like an Arab 2.0" program will, at that time, be granted the opportunity to download the entire program for personal use upon request.

• Requests for program download must be submitted by February 19th, 2031. After this date, students forfeit their right to download the program.

• It is strictly prohibited for students to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell the downloaded program. Andalus Institute retains all rights to the program materials, and the downloaded program is solely for the personal use of the student.
